We break down key contract terms, identify market and off-market conditions, and flag risks embedded in contract terms. Our platform provides unique visuals, benchmarking, and comparison tools for negotiations and contract management.
The RoleAs a Client Success Associate, you will partner with the CTO & Director of Operations to onboard new clients and foster ongoing relationships with current clients. This role requires a unique blend of communication skills, business acumen, creative problem-solving, and project management expertise.
- Create and refine onboarding processes for seamless client implementation and success.
- Establish, monitor, and communicate critical performance indicators (KPIs) concerning client success, such as satisfaction scores, engagement, and overall client health.
- Craft personalized success strategies by understanding each client's journey and pain points.
This role requires:
- At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role at a B2B SaaS company, such as success, support, or sales.
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate complex concepts to clients.
- Excellent communication and project management skills for internal and external execution and delivery of projects.
This role offers a proactive and strategic thinking environment centered on delivering tangible outcomes. A client-centric attitude and ability to increase client experience are essential for success.
