Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Online Support Agent.

  • Provide customer service via chat, phone, or email, ensuring that each interaction is professional and courteous.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, utilizing problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
  • Evaluate the complexity of each request and escalate more complex matters to analysts when necessary, maintaining a high level of quality control.
  • Document interaction details and solutions provided in CRM systems or support tools, facilitating accurate tracking and analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, product updates, service changes, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and optimal performance.
  • Detect recurring issues and report patterns to your immediate supervisor, contributing to process improvements and efficiency gains.
Key Requirements:
  • High school diploma completed, demonstrating a strong foundation in academic skills.
  • Experience in customer service, showcasing expertise in conflict resolution and communication techniques.
  • Proficiency and speed in typing, enabling efficient data entry and accuracy.
  • Skills in working with systems, including proficiency in software applications and hardware devices.
  • Strong command of spelling rules, ensuring error-free communication and documentation.
  • Availability to work in shifts (afternoon/evening and night/early morning), accommodating diverse schedules and customer needs.
