The Role

We're seeking a results-driven Digital Acquisition Manager. You'll optimize advertising budgets across regions, overseeing Search, Display, and Demand Gen campaigns at scale. You should be prepared to work autonomously, drive weekly strategies, and take ownership of our ad accounts with meticulous attention to performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Peak Performance Execution: Deliver daily performance across campaigns with ROI optimization and profitability maximization.
  • Advanced Data Analysis & Decision-Making: Conduct daily analysis of campaign data, uncover insights, and decide which countries and GEOs to scale, prioritizing ROI and optimal budget allocation.
  • Campaign Mastery: Launch, test, and scale advertising campaigns, optimizing targeting, bidding, and budget allocation to maximize campaign potential.
  • Continuous Innovation & Competitive Intelligence: Research tools, platform updates, and optimization techniques while analyzing competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 4 years of hands-on digital advertising experience with demonstrated ability to scale budgets profitably and achieve ROI.
  • Budget Expertise: Experience managing significant monthly ad spend across Search, Display, and Demand Gen with profitability and growth results.
  • Multi-GEO Management: Experience managing campaigns across multiple countries and regions with autonomous scaling decisions based on performance data.
  • Data Mastery: Advanced analytical skills with spreadsheet proficiency and ability to build custom analysis models.
  • Technical Expertise: Understanding of digital advertising account structure and advanced optimization techniques.
  • Autonomous Decision-Making: Self-driven, thrives under pressure, and consistently exceeds targets in fast-paced environments.
  • Growth-Oriented: Willingness to learn, scale challenges, and grow with a high-growth company.
  • Communication Excellence: Strong English communication skills for data analysis and presenting performance insights.
