Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develops project plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure business cases are well-defined.
  • Stakeholder Management: Identifies, maps, and proactively manages stakeholder needs, escalating only complex issues and seeking feedback.
  • Communications: Recommends and agrees on communication levels for projects/programs being delivered using consistent tools and templates.
  • Risk Management: Identifies and mitigates risks and issues at an appropriate level for project complexity, capturing risks and implementing mitigation plans.
  • Project Delivery: Oversees project delivery across multiple functional groups, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Resource Allocation: Manages resources and tracks costs to plan, making adjustments as needed.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Manages customer deployments involving cross-functional teams, engaging internal stakeholders to meet commitments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience preferred.
  • Diploma to Bachelor's Degree preferred.
