  • We're looking for a dedicated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager.

As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers derive maximum value from our service. This involves guiding them through the onboarding process, providing training and support, and collaborating closely with customers to define and refine their Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Key responsibilities will include:

  2. Onboarding & Customer Training: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, clearly demonstrating how to best leverage our service.">

  1. ">
  2. ICP Development: Collaborate closely with customers to define and refine their ICP, translating business needs into clear system requirements.">
">
  1. ">
  2. System Configuration: Work within our internal systems to configure customer-specific ICP criteria, ensuring accurate lead matching.">
">
  1. ">
  2. RQL Quality Assurance: Manually review and validate Relationship Qualified Leads (RQLs) generated by our system, ensuring quality and relevance.">
">
  1. ">
  2. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze lead data and customer feedback to measure success. Regularly provide insightful performance reports to customers and to our internal product team.">
">
  1. ">
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries. Proactively address questions, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.">

Requirements for this role include:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS company with fewer than 500 employees.">

  • ">
  • B2B experience working with sales and marketing teams.">
">
  • ">
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.">
">
  • ">
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.">
">
  • ">
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and lead generation concepts.">
">
  • ">
  • Experience with customer relationship management tools.">
">
  • ">
  • Ability to translate customer feedback into actionable insights.">
