Strategic Customer Lead

We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive customer initiatives.

  • Develop actionable insights from research and communicate them to inform business decisions.
  • Apply user-centered design and design thinking principles, using various research methodologies.
  • Conduct end-to-end qualitative research, including recruitment, discussion guide development, and analysis.
  • Validate qualitative insights through quantitative research.
  • Identify future development trends locally, regionally, nationally, or globally.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker enthusiastic about exploring the human-technology relationship. They will have experience running research projects, excellent client management skills, and the ability to build strong relationships.
