
Customer Experience Leader

We're seeking an experienced leader to drive exceptional customer experiences across Latin America. As a Customer Experience Leader, you'll be part of our CX team, responsible for delivering seamless service and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet agreed SLAs and KPIs, monitoring performance and addressing issues promptly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and fostering credibility through regular communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and resource allocation.
- Oversee incident and problem management, analyzing root causes and implementing preventive measures to minimize downtime.
- IDentify opportunities for continuous improvement, implementing best practices and process enhancements to optimize operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years' experience in field services and 5 years' leadership or supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility, excellent time management skills, and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Strong ability to build business relationships with key stakeholders.
- Resilient and adaptable in dynamic environments.
