We're currently seeking a highly skilled Support Analyst to join our Campinas office and collaborate with an international client directly. This role involves investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues across integrated systems. The ideal candidate will be passionate about problem-solving, working with data, and communicating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Located in Campinas, the successful candidate will work onsite to investigate and resolve technical issues.
  • Must have 3 to 5 years of experience working as a Support Analyst.
  • Hold a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Have solid professional experience using SQL, including joins, groupings, and conditional logic.
  • Be able to read and interpret application and system logs.
  • Have a strong understanding of system integrations (APIs, services, messaging systems, etc.).
  • Possess basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Fluently communicate in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with ticket and incident management.
  • Proven skills in escalation processes.
Desirable Skills:
  • Ability to read and interpret application and system logs.
  • Strong understanding of system integrations (APIs, services, messaging systems, etc.).
