Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Strategist to oversee and drive the expansion of our first-mile network through our External Delivery Service Partner program nationwide.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a pool of more than 30 EDSPs for seller pickups;
  • Build strong partnerships with 3P operational leaders and stakeholders, fostering agile problem-solving to prevent issues that could impact customer and seller experience;
  • Innovate to enhance customer and seller experience while reducing operational costs;
  • Analyze and resolve operational barriers, with a strong focus on identifying root causes;
  • Build strong mechanisms and KPIs to enhance daily operations;
  • Benchmark against other countries and industry players to optimize our operational network;
  • Actively review current distribution methods and network design to support our continuous growth, ensuring sufficient equipment supply to meet demand;
  • Define short-, medium-, and long-term strategies to sustain and support our growing demand;
  • Lead a diverse network of logistics partners, ensuring compliance, delivery quality, and a strong focus on user experience.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field;
  • Proven analysis and problem-solving skills;
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English;
  • High level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills;
  • Availability to travel over 30% of your time.
About the Role

The day-to-day activities of this role will be dynamic, alternating between operational, tactical, and strategic tasks. You will work closely with partners and teams to identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and quality.
