Job DescriptionThe Payment Scheme Compliance Officer will be responsible for liaising directly with payment networks and schemes as applicable. You will participate in client meetings and conference calls to support the interpretation, understanding, and implementation of projects. Additionally, you will review and interpret card brand documentation from payment networks for issuing business (i.e., Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) and demonstrate knowledge of processing platforms, downstream services/products, and potential client impacts to processes and business operations while accurately documenting business compliance requirements.
Responsibilities- Liaise directly with payment networks and schemes as applicable.
- Participate in client meetings and conference calls to support the interpretation, understanding, and implementation of projects.
- Review and interpret card brand documentation from payment networks for issuing business (i.e., Visa, MasterCard, AMEX).
- Demonstrate knowledge of processing platforms, downstream services/products, and potential client impacts to processes and business operations while accurately documenting business compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Technology, Business Management, Finance, or related field.
- Previous payment network experience is mandatory.
- Understand Means of Payments Industry ecosystem.
- Collaborate in a team environment.
- Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, and portrays a positive attitude.
- Works well in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment.
- Experience working with process improvement and project management methodologies is desired.
- Advanced English level (Speaking, Listening, and Writing).
- Advanced Spanish level (Speaking, Listening, and Writing).
