Technical Support SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing complex SQL queries, developing efficient SQL scripts, and providing technical guidance to clients.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Performing SQL queries on databases and developing SQL scripts;
- Describing functionally the problems found in the system;
- Making corrections available to clients with application instructions;
- Aiding clients in patch releases;
- Attending to Strategic and Large clients;
- Analyzing client requests;
- Contacting clients for detailed understanding of requests;
- Clarifying functional doubts about systems;

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Completed undergraduate studies;
- Experience with system support (external client);
- Experience with PL/SQL.
