The Legal Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to identify, assess, and manage competition risks.
- Provide specialized legal advice on competition issues, including mergers, acquisitions, business practices, and regulatory investigations.
- Monitor changes in competition laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive legal and ethical business practices.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A law degree in Competition Law or related fields.
- Active Bar Association registration.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in legal positions focusing on competition.
- Deep knowledge of competition laws and regulations, with the ability to analyze complex information.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to provide clear recommendations.
- Prior experience in a corporate environment or large law firm is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; other languages are an advantage.
