
Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical professional to support our Central Operations team and US Markets in general administrative tasks and onboarding growth.
- Supporting US Cities on growth deliverables and efficiencies in day-to-day work and operations
- Automating processes for growth and portfolio changes
- Analyzing data to create and prepare detailed reports for the leadership team, effectively communicating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
- Standardizing ways of working across markets to improve timeliness and execution on furnishings and move-outs
- Performing audits and improving data metrics for guests and internal teams, as well as managing timely data collection to update productivity and achievements on projects
- Entering unit/building/process information, ensuring all fields are accurately filled and clear for other teams
- Collaborating with operational team members and organizational leaders to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements
- Communicating with third-party vendors and companies to support OPS/CX operations
This role requires:
- A degree from a top-tier university
- Min. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (administrative experience in residential or hospitality experience considered as a plus)
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (formulation, data entry, charts, pivot tables) and PowerPoint
- A self-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and high attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial drive, adaptability, and focus on results
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with speed
