Lead Project Coordinator

We are looking for a talented individual to oversee the entire production process from conception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to write and speak English fluently, and possess a strong understanding of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the production process, ensuring timely completion of projects;
  • Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure smooth collaboration;
  • Facilitate communication among team members;
  • Obtain necessary permits and permissions;
  • Address any conflicts or issues that arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English (Advanced to Fluent);
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace;
  • Development software proficiency;
  • Dynamic personality;
  • Administrative graduation or related fields.
