Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery, fostering long-term partnerships and driving business growth.
  • Event Experience Creation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute innovative event experiences that exceed client expectations.
  • Client Needs Analysis: Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions, leveraging industry trends and market insights to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and growth within the company.
