Are you an innovative leader passionate about enhancing supply chain efficiencies? At Organon, we are looking for a strategic Head to manage our supply chain functions in Brazil and oversee demand fulfillment across Latin America.

Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Supply Chain Operations for the Americas, you will lead a skilled team to ensure effective operations, demand fulfillment, and adherence to compliance standards. Your strategic insights will be pivotal in driving our commercial and financial objectives while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

We seek a seasoned expert with extensive experience in managing intricate supply chains, outstanding communication abilities, and proficiency in both English and Portuguese. Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Development and execution of Supply Chain Management strategies.
  • Accountability for Supply Chain budgeting, costs, and performance metrics.
  • Representation of Organon Manufacturing & Supply in various Commercial Leadership teams.
  • Management of demand forecasting and the Integrated Business Planning Process.
  • Overseeing order management and fulfillment for Brazil and external supply.
  • Logistics operations and transport management, including third-party logistics providers.
  • Ensuring compliance with import, export, and trade regulations.
  • Conducting performance and cost analytics to optimize service delivery.
  • Sponsoring transformation initiatives for strategic projects within the region.
  • Providing Supply Chain Management support to local packaging sites and external manufacturing partners.
  • Overseeing demand fulfillment activities across all Latin American markets.

This role will also involve executing strategic projects related to the above responsibilities and directly implementing Supply Chain Management strategies to support commercial and financial targets in the markets. You will serve as the primary liaison to the Managing Directors of Brazil and supervise the Supply Chain Operations Lead for Brazil, who will engage daily with Business Unit Leaders.

The incumbent will provide functional leadership and guidance to team members within their area of responsibility, ensuring high-quality and compliant supply chain operations while continuously seeking operational efficiencies and cost-effective solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of experience managing complex supply chains.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with commercial organizations.
  • Strong understanding of the regional supply chain management landscape is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in line and people management.
  • Experience in transformation initiatives is advantageous.
  • Successful history of managing budgets and enhancing efficiency.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical supply chain management.
  • Able to manage operations across multiple markets and locations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of managing relationships at all levels.
  • Solution-oriented with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • Comfortable navigating a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Self-motivated and driven.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach.
  • Experience in people management and change management.
  • Innovative thinker regarding digital transformation in supply chain management.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
