Job Title: Senior Mechanical Modeler

We are seeking a skilled Senior Mechanical Modeler to lead multidisciplinary modeling teams and drive quality across complex architectural and engineering projects.

This role requires a strong command of BIM software, leadership skills, and strategic thinking to ensure seamless collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.

The Role
  • Supervise and mentor modelers to ensure adherence to best practices, project standards, and timelines.
  • Identify missing or conflicting information, manage RFIs and RFCs efficiently, and conduct in-depth Quality Control reviews across assigned disciplines.
Requirements
  • An excellent level of English is a must for effective communication.
  • Proven experience modeling HVAC and plumbing in Revit for commercial, industrial, healthcare, and residential construction.
  • Expertise in coordinating or clash-detecting through Navisworks, with Revizto as an alternative.
  • A mechanical or civil engineering bachelor's degree, or architects with extensive experience modeling MEP trades.
