Responsible Gaming Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring responsible gambling practices and helping to mitigate gambling-related harms. You will conduct behavioral risk assessments, interact with at-risk customers, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain responsible gaming standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing in-depth behavioral analysis to identify signs of gambling-related harm, conducting phone calls with high-risk customers to discuss responsible gambling tools and offer support, and managing and escalating responsible gaming concerns from internal teams.
