Key Financial Role


As a financial coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing daily cash flow and ensuring strategic alignment.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily finances to ensure sufficient resources for operations.
  • Develop strategies to optimize working capital and minimize risk.
  • Supervise payments, collections, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes.
  • Negotiate with financial institutions to secure credit lines and loans.
  • Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial forecasts and cash flow analyses.
  • Implement improvements to financial systems and tools, including ERP and BI platforms.
  • Oversee corporate insurance and financial risk management initiatives.
  • Lead and develop the Treasury team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Completed higher education in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Finance and/or Accounting, preferably in a Big Four firm.
  • Intermediate English and Spanish language skills.
