AVIAREPS AG is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Rio de Janeiro. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage key account clients and develop strategic plans to expand the local customer base
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing action plans to improve performance
- Prospect for new business opportunities and implement contract management
- Train and qualify distribution channels and recommend sales and marketing strategies
- Conduct regular sales analysis and reporting meetings and provide market intelligence surveys and data analysis
- Degree in business administration, tourism, economics, communication, marketing, or related fields
- Extensive professional experience in tourism sales, including at least one airline
- Good knowledge and connections with the tourist trade in Brazil in the area of leisure and corporate, travel trends, and consumer behavior
- Strong sales orientation in the airline and tourism sector
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory
- Fluent Spanish (spoken) – mandatory
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Familiarity with tourism industry distribution tools such as GDS and other systems will be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Availability for occasional travel (domestic and international)
- Resilience and the ability to work under pressure
