About the Role

AVIAREPS AG is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Rio de Janeiro. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key account clients and develop strategic plans to expand the local customer base
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing action plans to improve performance
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and implement contract management
  • Train and qualify distribution channels and recommend sales and marketing strategies
  • Conduct regular sales analysis and reporting meetings and provide market intelligence surveys and data analysis
Requirements
  • Degree in business administration, tourism, economics, communication, marketing, or related fields
  • Extensive professional experience in tourism sales, including at least one airline
  • Good knowledge and connections with the tourist trade in Brazil in the area of leisure and corporate, travel trends, and consumer behavior
  • Strong sales orientation in the airline and tourism sector
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory
  • Fluent Spanish (spoken) – mandatory
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with tourism industry distribution tools such as GDS and other systems will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Availability for occasional travel (domestic and international)
  • Resilience and the ability to work under pressure
