Key Account Manager for Sales Excellence

This is a hands-on role where you will own the order-to-cash process, drive continuous enhancements, and act as the link between Sales, Finance, Logistics partners, and customers.

As Order Fulfillment Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring every customer order and shipment runs smoothly, from confirmation to delivery. You will manage inbound & outbound logistics, ensuring on-time and in-full delivery, own the order-to-cash cycle, and align demand, supply, and inventory with sales forecasts.

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in sales operations, logistics coordination, or customer operations in a B2B setting, along with strong knowledge of electronic invoicing and commercial documentation in Brazil. The candidate must also be proficient in MS Office and comfortable with CRM/partner portals.

We are looking for a team player who has excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English, a customer-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. If you have experience in industrial chemicals, lubricants, or distribution, that's a plus
