We're seeking a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with customers to meet their expectations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Enter sales orders, track customer deliveries, and provide quotations to support sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Assist in pricing, ordering, and providing general information to customers
  • Overcome technical and business objections from prospective customers
  • Emphasize saleable features, quote prices, and credit terms, and prepare sales orders for obtained orders
  • Estimate delivery dates based on company production and delivery schedules
  • Built and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Prepare reports of business transactions
  • Enter new customer data and other sales data into the computer database
  • Work with outside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up-to-date
  • Investigate and resolve customer problems promptly
  • Assist with customer documentation and vendor forms
  • Collections of bad debt from customers

Requirements include:

  • High school diploma and 2-3 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume capacity
  • Maintain a positive professional attitude at all times
  • Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Must be flexible, self-motivated, have a take-charge attitude, and prioritize tasks from various supervisors
  • Required fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
