As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
This role involves acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
- Customer Onboarding: Coordinates commercial, technical, and operational activities to ensure seamless customer onboarding experience.
- Order Management: Communicates with customers to ensure order entry and amendments are carried out according to customer requirements.
- Customer Inquiry Handling: Accepts and logs external complaints and provides feedback after investigation by the relevant manager.
- Data Management: Updates systems and shipment files to maintain accurate records and ensure audit trails can be accessed if required.
- Logistics: Performs inbound and outbound forwarding activities, plans optimal transportation routes to meet cost and time constraints, makes bookings with carriers, and ensures correct customs documentation.
- A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field is preferred.
- Alternatively, prior experience in customer service or logistics roles in an international environment is considered valuable.
- Advanced verbal and written skills in English are essential.
- Proficient verbal and written skills in the local language of the country of base and main operations are also required.
