We're seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to connect with potential customers, guide them through the onboarding process, and ensure a smooth transition onto our platform.
This role requires a customer-centric approach, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude towards converting inquiries into engaged users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive Outreach: Initiate outbound communications with customers who have shown interest in our products and services.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Customer Service, CRM, Operations, and Marketing teams to share insights and improve customer conversion and engagement strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Required.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in an outbound sales and customer service role.
- Skills:
- Technical Aptitude: Strong proficiency in using customer-facing software.
- Customer Satisfaction: Passion for delivering top-tier support.
