The role of a customer service representative is crucial in creating a positive experience for our customers. As the last person they interact with, you have the responsibility of delivering excellent customer service that addresses all their needs while ensuring a quick and efficient checkout process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
- Accurately and efficiently ring up sales on the register
- Process layaways, returns, and exchanges
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager from time to time
Requirements:
- Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
