Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Travel Coordinator to enhance our team's expertise in the Travel & Hospitality department. The ideal candidate will coordinate internal and external business trips, client visits, and personal travels, providing exceptional services to specialists and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for internal and external teams and clients.
  • Manage visa applications and provide guidance on travel documents, insurance, and regulations.
  • Recommend flight routes, fares, bookings, and travel services to optimize costs and ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor and reconcile travel expenses, generate reports, and advise contractors on travel policies.
Required Qualifications:
  • 1.5+ years of experience as a Travel Specialist/Agent.
  • Proficiency in travel management, including organizing trips from scratch.
  • Experience in handling visa applications and managing travel budgets.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level and proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office apps.
