Senior Administrative Position

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company's travel and expense program in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate contracts with airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and other travel suppliers to secure the best deals for the company.
  • Maintain and update travel policies to ensure employee compliance and engagement, thereby driving business success.
  • Manage the corporate credit card program and related payments to optimize financial efficiency.
  • Provide support and training to employees on travel policies and best practices to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze travel data and reports to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement, thereby contributing to the company's growth and development.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to corporate travel, expenses, and supplier performance to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Tourism, or a related field to provide a solid foundation for your career.
  • Experience managing corporate travel programs and familiarity with travel systems, such as OBT CTM/Argo, SAP Concur Expense, CTA, CTAH, B2B Pay, Uber, or related, to demonstrate your expertise.
  • Strong negotiation, data analysis, and contract management skills to effectively manage complex relationships and drive results.
  • Proficiency in English communication and advanced Microsoft Office and Google tools to facilitate collaboration and productivity.
