Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage online bookings and reservations effectively.
  • Provide timely phone support to clients in critical cases.
  • Solve routine problems efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in tourism operations acquired in agencies, operators, or hotels is required.
  • The ability to act autonomously, securely, and take initiative to solve work problems is essential.
  • Responsibility and commitment are necessary for success.
  • Good interpersonal relationships, communication, and teamwork spirit are vital.
  • Ability to work at an intense but controlled pace is required.
  • Advanced/Fluent English proficiency is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook is expected.
  • Residency in Jundiaí or nearby cities is preferred.
