Lead AI Strategy Advisor

We are seeking a seasoned Artificial Intelligence Consultant Lead to join our team. As an AI consultant, you will partner with sales and business teams to identify client needs and participate in sales calls to shape compelling AI offerings.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with clients to define AI roadmaps, prioritize use cases, and translate business needs into actionable AI solutions. You will design and lead proof-of-concepts using Generative AI and Predictive AI, act as a trusted strategic advisor, and contribute to proposals and documentation for AI adoption initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML with proven delivery of predictive and generative AI solutions in business settings;
- Demonstrated consulting experience with strong communication skills to present to executives and business users;
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and models, including OpenAI GPT, Claude, and open-source LLMs;
- Experience building or advising on predictive modeling pipelines using scikit-learn, XGBoost, Prophet, etc.
Preferred qualifications include prior experience in fractional CTO roles, background in startup consulting, product ideation, or venture-backed AI/ML companies, and public speaking, writing, or AI evangelism contributions.
