ServiceNow AI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML developer to join our team in designing, developing and implementing solutions using ServiceNow's cutting-edge AI technology.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow Now Assist AI, including Virtual Agents, Predictive Intelligence and Generative AI capabilities. They will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow AI configurations.

The successful candidate will develop custom applications, integrations and automation leveraging Now Assist AI, Flow Designer and other ServiceNow modules. They will also optimize and fine-tune AI models within ServiceNow for accuracy, relevance and performance.

In addition, the selected candidate will provide technical guidance on AI/ML best practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem and troubleshoot complex issues related to AI configurations, scripts and integrations.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in AI/ML development and a passion for staying up-to-date with ServiceNow AI innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and implement AI solutions using ServiceNow Now Assist AI
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into AI configurations
  • Develop custom applications, integrations and automation leveraging Now Assist AI
  • Optimize and fine-tune AI models within ServiceNow
  • Provide technical guidance on AI/ML best practices
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to AI configurations, scripts and integrations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Experience with additional ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, SecOps)
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
