We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our sales team. As Store Head, you will be responsible for driving business growth and fostering exceptional client experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and motivate a high-performing team, promoting a culture of outstanding service and sales excellence
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, delivering unforgettable moments and driving loyalty
  • Maintain Tiffany & Co.'s exceptionally high client service standards
  • Ensure operational efficiency, driving sales and service through superior support
  • Nurture deep relationships with clients to achieve sales goals and foster lifelong loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales training modules
  • Recruit and onboard new team members
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of store management experience in luxury retail
  • Fluency in English
  • A keen eye for style and passion for people
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Innovative and adaptable, embodying the brand's legacy and values
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours
  • A proven track record in sales generation and managing sales results
  • The ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, client tracking systems, and POS systems
