This role involves leading a team of sales associates to drive revenue. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for achieving or exceeding financial targets and developing strategies to achieve business results.
- Achieving financial targets is a key aspect of this role, as well as driving high levels of activity through prospecting sessions with direct reports.
- Developing and executing strategy for achievement of business results tied to overall sales strategy is crucial in this position.
- Ensuring each team member is capable of developing and maintaining C-level relationships is also an important aspect of this role.
- Providing leadership through effective communication of the global strategy is essential in this position.
- Coaching and developing direct reports on a regular basis is also a key responsibility.
- Improving the team's success through effective leadership and mentorship is vital in this role.
To succeed in this position, you will need a minimum of 7-15 years of consultative sales experience in high technology (services, software or hardware), with at least 3 years of management experience. You must also have demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and motivate sales associates, strong business acumen, forecasting skills, influencing skills and interpersonal skills.
