We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Associate to join our team at Black Crow AI, Inc. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our clients by providing exceptional support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities- Implement Black Crow's technology on various platforms, including Klaviyo and Attentive, to drive client success.
- Support the Customer Success team by addressing client inquiries and providing solutions to common troubleshooting items.
- Collaborate with customer success managers and other team members to resolve client issues and provide recommendations.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and provide insights to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued success with our platform.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a SaaS company, DTC ecommerce brand, or Digital Marketing Agency.
- Experience with owned marketing platforms, such as Klaviyo and Attentive.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A competitive salary range of $20,000 - $25,000 per year.
