The company offers affordable prices for branded apparel and products sourced from its global network of vendors.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing international fulfillment business in South America. This includes selecting and negotiating logistics providers to develop solutions that meet the company's goals.

  • Plan and develop different logistics channels and products to optimize program time and cost.
  • SOURCE, introduce, negotiate and contract logistics service providers, formulate standards and assessment mechanisms for service provider management.
  • Communicate with domestic and international departments to promote channel development and related project landing.
  • Expand or optimize the logistics network to achieve efficiency and cost reduction goals based on headquarters' strategic direction and South America's time and cost targets.
  • Manage supplier procurement risk, including contract terms of business, logistics provider business risk, integrity management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Fulfillment Management: Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to customers in South America.
  • Logistics Channel Development: Develop and implement new logistics channels and products to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • SUPPLIER PROCUREMENT: SOURCE, introduce, negotiate and contract logistics service providers.
  • RISK MANAGEMENT: Manage supplier procurement risk, including contract terms of business, logistics provider business risk, integrity management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above, more than five years of international logistics business experience.
  • Familiarity with the South American logistics industry is preferred.
  • Skilled in business skills and methods, familiar with cross-border e-commerce logistics.
  • Rich resources of South American logistics service providers are preferred, with the ability to quickly integrate resources.
  • Keen industry insight ability, business analysis ability, business negotiation ability, data analysis ability, coordination and communication ability.
  • Experience in logistics provider management, and strong management ability for introducing logistics provider management services.
  • Bilingual (English and Chinese) fluency is preferred.
