Global Mobility Strategist

This is a highly specialized role that focuses on developing and implementing effective global mobility strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of international business operations and the ability to create streamlined processes that meet organizational goals.

Job Summary:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for managing global employee populations, including relocation, expatriation, and repatriation.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, Tax, legal, and Payroll teams to ensure seamless integration of mobility policies and procedures.
  • Design and deploy efficient processes for operational execution, compliance, change management support, and employee experience and support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Execution & Compliance: Manage end-to-end mobility lifecycle processes, develop process maps under guidance, and identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
  • Change Management Support: Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communicate process changes, and address employee resistance.
  • Employee Experience & Support: Provide primary contact support for complex mobility inquiries, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate logistics innovation projects.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in global mobility operations with hands-on lifecycle process execution experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, design efficient processes, and drive cost savings initiatives.
  • Fluent English language skills; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
  • Global Mobility Specialist or process automation credentials an asset.

  • Implement long-term capacity planning, including logistics network design, warehouse infrastructure, and transportation modes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics/supply chain roles, preferably across Latin America.
  • Experience in network design, capacity planning, WMS/TMS/ERP, and automation technologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record of driving cost efficiency initiatives.
