Service Desk Operations Overview

The IT Service Delivery Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service desk team, ensuring compliance with customer and SAP standards.

  • Monitor performance and implement corrective actions as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
  • Experience in (IT) customer support or call center environments
  • Good technical understanding of SAP operations and troubleshooting techniques
  • Knowledge of SAP basis and infrastructure is a plus
  • ITIL qualification is desirable but not essential
