Job Title: IT Service Delivery Specialist
Service Desk Operations OverviewThe IT Service Delivery Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service desk team, ensuring compliance with customer and SAP standards.
- Lead Service Desk Operations
- Oversee shift planning and workload distribution
- Monitor performance and implement corrective actions as needed
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
- Experience in (IT) customer support or call center environments
- Good technical understanding of SAP operations and troubleshooting techniques
- Knowledge of SAP basis and infrastructure is a plus
- ITIL qualification is desirable but not essential
