About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team at ADP. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple complex projects in agile environments, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple complex projects in agile environments, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and product management
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Monitor and report project progress, including metrics and status updates
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members, and facilitate team collaboration and problem-solving
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design, and testing
  • Ensure compliance with ADP's project management methodologies and standards
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical projects
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Experience with project management tools, including Jira, MS SharePoint, Webex, and MS Office
  • Experience working with offshore teams and project teams distributed across multiple time zones
  • Proven experience dealing with challenging team members and personnel issues
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to present project updates to small or large groups
  • Change management experience in a software development environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP certification or equivalent
  • Certified Scrum Master
  • Experience with Service Now
