Senior Manager, Global Consumer Product Line Owner

Our company is seeking a skilled Senior Manager to lead our global consumer product lines. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global consumer product strategies, leading the development of new applications and projects, and ensuring quality solutions are delivered to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead global rollouts of planning applications, partnering with business deployment leads.
  • Understand business needs and priorities for the product line.
  • Responsible for building the right thing, realizing product line roadmaps, goals, and business value.
  • Oversee project development initiatives and ensure return on investment by identifying and prioritizing product features by business value.
  • Work with business stakeholders to determine which items are built and which are backlogged based on capacity.
  • Ensure the quality of solution builds and own development estimates.
  • Report back to the business on the status of delivery of features, functionality, and applications.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 10+ years of technology leadership experience, including 7+ years of planning and/or ERP systems, application design, and support within a manufacturing company.
  • Extensive experience deploying planning systems, including OMP and APO in multiple regions with complex IT and data architecture.
  • Strong process knowledge in production planning and detailed scheduling.
  • High level of experience in SAP ERP processes and data models, particularly those integrating with plan, e.g., production planning, material management, sales & distribution.
  • Experience implementing complex optimization solvers in both SNP networks and production plants.
  • Experience and background in end-to-end supply chain planning processes, e.g., demand planning, supply planning, advanced planning capabilities.
  • Ability to consider upstream and downstream process impacts and break down complex problems to drive solutions.
