The Alliances and Channels team at SAS is seeking a highly skilled Sr Manager SMB Sales to join our Latin American operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes a territory strategy to grow revenue, exceed quotas, and achieve management business objectives.
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to create territories and assign targets in line with overall territory strategy.
  • Partners with key stakeholders to identify, validate, and prioritize SAS offerings with the highest revenue potential in the territory.
  • Leads sales team to execute the territory strategy by providing focus, direction, coaching, training & development, and engaging directly with customers.
  • Manages key customer relationships and escalations.
  • Actively engages in larger sales cycles developing relationships with buyers and ensuring effective sales execution.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated advanced understanding of strategic sales techniques and principles specifically in the hardware and software industry.
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge of at least three industries and/or market segments.
  • Advanced skills in problem solving, interpersonal interactions, team building, leadership, strategic and conceptual sales, communication, and detail orientation.
  • Broad knowledge of SAS products, solutions, policies, and licensing required.
  • 12 years of experience in tech-related sales management role.
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or quantitative field.
