About the Role:
As a Senior Partner Account Manager at Sovos, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and sustaining productive business relationships with our strategic partners. These partners not only resell Sovos Compliance software but also provide valuable referrals that fuel our new business pipeline. In this exciting and impactful role, you will be at the forefront of our partner-driven sales strategy, developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market plan that leverages the strengths of our partners to achieve mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Consistently deliver new revenues and meet agreed bookings quotas by selling with and through strategic partners.
• Develop and execute a detailed territory plan to maximize partner-driven sales opportunities.
• Grow and manage a quality pipeline of new strategic partners.
• Nurture and improve working relationships with and business contributions from existing and assigned partners.
• Based on primary and secondary market research data, build and refine strategies for expanding market reach and accelerating market penetration through alliances.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, channel sales, channel marketing, or business development.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred.
• Successful track record of selling to large enterprises, managing complex sales cycles, and interacting with senior executives.
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for partner meetings, trade shows, and special projects.
