We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Jr Sales Manager to join our team in Sao Paulo. As a key member of our Internal/Field Sales Team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
- Complete higher education in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Intermediate/advanced Office suite skills, particularly in Excel.
- Desirable knowledge of Power BI and Knime.
- Active Driver's License.
