Job Title: Jr Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Jr Sales Manager to join our team in Sao Paulo. As a key member of our Internal/Field Sales Team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
Requirements:
  • Complete higher education in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Intermediate/advanced Office suite skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Desirable knowledge of Power BI and Knime.
  • Active Driver's License.
