Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be located in Campinas and have at least 3-5 years of experience working as a Support Analyst. They must hold a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field and have solid professional experience using SQL, including joins, groupings, and conditional logic.

The successful candidate will also have experience reading and interpreting application and system logs, understanding system integrations (APIs, services, messaging systems, etc.), and basic knowledge of HTML and CSS. Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Candidates must be located in Campinas and have at least 3-5 years of experience working as a Support Analyst.
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (mandatory).
  • Solid professional experience using SQL, including joins, groupings, and conditional logic.
  • Experience reading and interpreting application and system logs.
  • Understanding of system integrations (APIs, services, messaging systems, etc.).
