We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide timely and effective support to users via telephone or email for all systems.
- Sustain on-call periods with critical problem resolution.
- Forward complex problems to the Support Manager for resolution.
You will also be responsible for performing system maintenance through script creation, routine changes, and contingency planning.
Maintain servers locally and remotely while mitigating risks.
Administer database maintenance on customer systems.
Continuously improve operation and maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to users.
- Develop and maintain documentation for procedures performed by the support team.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues.
You will have the chance to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Requirements- Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science or related areas.
- Minimum of 4 years experience supporting software users.
- Experience in SQL, Linux/Unix.
- Basic knowledge of Shell Script.
- Troubleshooting skills with log reading and Wireshark usage.
- Basic knowledge of Docker and Docker compose.
A Plus:
- Oracle and Postgres experience.
- SIP, E1 Signaling, MGW Audiocodes configuration experience.
- YAML experience.
- Python experience.
