The Opportunity

As a Senior Consultant, you'll engage with high-level clients, developing and executing work plans, managing associates, and contributing to the development of recommendations. You'll also be involved in key strategic initiatives and support business growth.

You'll have the opportunity to learn from senior team members through mentoring, coaching, and counselling relationships. To succeed, you'll need strong analytical skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and effective leadership skills.

To qualify, you must have at least two years' experience in strategy consulting, business advisory, or commercial roles. A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's/MBA qualification is an asset.

Key responsibilities include managing projects and teams, having quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, being a strong communicator, and possessing a desire to solve complex client problems.
