About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Technical Marketing Engineer to promote and increase customer adoption of our products. You will be a technical consultant on customer calls and meetings, working closely with the field, key Systems Integrators, Engineering, and Technology Partners in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop automated methods to optimize user experience and build messaging about key customer challenges and benefits of our solutions based on use cases.
  • Build documents and presentations with technical details for products, technologies, and solutions.
  • Travel to deliver training to customers, partners, sales teams both domestically and internationally at events and customer locations.

Requirements

  • Technical expertise in automation or cloud software to enable next-generation designs and architectures.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
