As a senior HR professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's global payroll operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a minimum of five years of experience in project management and payroll process improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing new processes and subprocesses within payroll to drive efficiency and quality.
- Performing analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and developing proactive actions to enhance customer experience, quality, and turnaround time.
- Building partnerships with cross-functional teams to identify needs and develop solutions that drive business value.
- Preparing and reviewing process documentations, including process flows and narratives.
- Supporting internal controls and compliance activities, and participating in network groups to identify and implement best practices.
A successful candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
