Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned security professional to join our team as a Security Governance Analyst.

This role will involve developing and implementing policies, processes, and controls to protect information assets and ensure compliance with national and international regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of risk management, regulatory compliance, data security, and market frameworks, as well as experience working in the financial sector or regulated companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Security Risk Management: Conduct regular security risk assessments, identifying potential vulnerabilities and proposing effective mitigation plans.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as PCI DSS, LGPD, GDPR, and BACEN.
  • Policy Development: Develop, review, and maintain policies, procedures, and standards aligned with industry best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including IT, Legal, Compliance, and Procurement, to integrate security governance into corporate processes.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in Information Security, preferably in the financial sector or regulated companies.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of risk management, regulatory compliance, data security, and market frameworks; familiarity with industry-standard frameworks, such as NIST CSF and ISO 27001.
  • Certifications: Certifications like CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or similar are a plus.
