We are a dynamic organization, expanding our Commercial Operations team with a talented Junior OPEC Analyst.

About the Role

The successful candidate will support the OPEC team in managing commercial breaks, monitoring schedules, and assisting during live broadcasts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the OPEC Analyst in checking, organizing, and inserting commercial breaks into the playout system.
  • Assist in controlling and verifying commercial and promotional materials for airing.
  • Be present at live events, providing operational support for programming and commercials execution.
  • Help with the receipt and verification of CRTs and other required documentation.
  • Collaborate with Programming and Transmission Coordination in case of failures or last-minute adjustments.
  • Keep organized records of commercial broadcasts for tracking and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Initial experience or internship in OPEC, TV programming, or media operations is highly valued.
  • Availability to work on flexible schedules and weekends, depending on event needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn operational processes.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and organizational tools.
  • Interest in developing a career in OPEC and media operations.
  • Must be available to work on-site.
