We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for investigating and driving support resolution with our engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and drive support resolution with engineering teams
- Serve as point of escalation for support issues from FICC Boltweb
- Help to define and improve runtime while enhancing support platform and application
- Become support SME and help improving service elasticity, resiliency and recovery times
- Improve SDLC / Continuous Delivery OKRs such as increasing release cadence and reducing incident rates
- Create documentation and code snippets to share with L1 engineering teams
