At Datadog, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical support and guidance on using our platform.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert technical support via multiple channels, including ticketing systems, live chat, and screen sharing tools.
  • Reproducing complex technical issues and diving into our 400+ integrations to resolve customer queries.
  • Becoming certified in product demos and leading interactive sessions with customers to showcase our features.
  • Participating in product conversations with internal teams based on feedback from customer interactions.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of our product areas and serving as a subject matter expert for customers.

We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-attentive individual with a passion for technology and a desire for continuous learning. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a critical thinking approach, and a basic understanding of Linux programming concepts.
